Our Combined Experience
Aaron has been a registered Builder for over 15 years (DB-U 73683) and has worked on various projects, including residential and commercial properties. During this time has had over 12 years of hands-on experience in the insurance report writing space, having assessed and written reports for almost every insurable event you can imagine.
Most recently Aaron has added to his skillset and completed an Advanced Diploma in Building Surveying which ensures that his knowledge and years of experience make him the best qualified to undertake your building inspection needs. For the last 5 years, he has been providing quality building inspections for new homes and also pre-purchase inspections for existing homes.
Additionally, Aaron is a VBA-registered Pool Barrier Safety Inspector (IN-PS 7160). Having embarked on his certification as soon as this new legislation was introduced he has been inspecting pool barriers for over 2 years with over a thousand inspections conducted during that time. This certification ensures that Aaron is up to date with the latest regulations and guidelines, and his experience in pool barrier inspections makes him an expert in the field.
Tania has over 30 years of technical, administrative, and financial experience, and also supports Aaron in the field. Tania’s business systems and process expertise complements Aaron’s building knowledge and experience, ensuring that clients receive a comprehensive and thorough service.
